Our Approach

TNW are committed to the design of engaging and efficient buildings and to the creation of attractive public spaces. We aim to meet our clients’ needs whilst responding carefully to local settings. Projects are delivered on time and within budgets developed and agreed with the client and building team.

Our starting point on any commission is a careful appraisal of a client’s needs, aspirations, budget and programme and all projects are monitored methodically against targets agreed with the client. Teamwork ensures that projects are exposed to a broad spectrum of expertise and experience. There is a positive commitment to Continuing Professional Development and the constant refinement of working practices.

TNW have developed systems of internal Quality Management and project control which are periodically and methodically reviewed and, to protect our clients’ interests, the Practice carries professional indemnity cover. The office has a comprehensive and evolving network of CAD stations and printing facilities. We predominantly use AutoCAD for the production of design and construction information, together with visualisation software including Sketch-Up, Photoshop and CorelDraw.

At the beginning of 2013 we invested in Revit software packages and undertook training courses in AutoCad Revit to enable us to provide a fully collaborative 3D drawing service in line with the Government's forthcoming BIM requirements.
