New Build Private Apartments

Dee Hills Park is a high quality, private residential development of eighteen apartments occupying an elevated site with spectacular views across the River Dee and to the Meadows beyond.

The site, set in one of the most significant panoramic views of Chester within the Boughton Conservation Area, is flanked on either side by contrasting Grade II Listed Buildings including red bricked Uffington House and Mere House, the original dwelling in Dee Hills Park.

The main block is built on the site of former 1930’s Government Offices. The design solution is mindful of this context and whilst strictly modern in approach it draws on the simplicity of the white rendered envelope of Mere House. The design also incorporates the traditional south facing balconies and terraces evident on the established buildings extending outwards and downwards to the River Dee.
