Five new build light industrial units

The scheme involves the design and construction of five light industrial starter units for Entep Properties Limited as part of an existing industrial estate adjacent to the M53 in Ellesmere Port.

The project involves the building of two separate ‘blocks’, one of two units and the other of three units. Both blocks will be constructed in green cladding with a brick base to match the existing adjacent units on the estate.

The site has already been cleared and all existing buildings demolished. A detailed sub service investigation was undertaken resulting in the location of a complex assortment of existing services, which have had to be considered within the final design.

The scheme has been drawn using Revit from planning up to the tender / construction issue stages and is expected to start on site by the end of 2019.
